Reviews
- This was probably the worst hip hop album of my collection and I had to give it away. I thought I would give it a chance but sound is terrible and the record did not come flat.
Honestly now I understand it’s just a money grab. - Mine from the UK store came with 2 inner sleeves protecting the Vinyl from the PVC sleeve, arrived dead flat, no warp and sounds fantastic after a clean in the ultrasonic. Fantastic album, the bonus track down bad is phenomenal, very industrial, black skinhead vibes 10/10
- Edited one hour agoDefinitely has some surface noise/static. My copy sounds more compressed compared to others, still sounds decent though. Packaging sucks, took forever to get it out of the PVC. Didn’t arrive warped.
EDIT: After a couple of plays, it sounds less compressed/staticky. Wonder if the PVC sleeve had something to do with it? - Edited one day agoPackaging kinda sucks, vinyl sounds decent pretty rich just a bit too much high end but that might me my cartridge , the music itself is as great as ever. Mine came in with no warp.
- First one I got was so warped it was unplayable. Reached out to support and rhey gave me a new one after it sold out. This record sounds great despite what a lot of people here are saying. Packaging is not good but I’m really happy to own a good copy of this
- This LP sounds absolutely terrible, holy smokes. I ended up gifting mine to my sister so she could put it on the wall.
- Edited 2 days agoBought this one in an instant since I’m still gutted I missed the Chromakopia one.
Slightly warped, which causes the needle to skip the first tunes of Big Poe. Rest sounds fine.
Packaging: as a graphic designer, I completely understand the whole concept of this ‘test’ pressing. It makes sense - even though the plastic case might indeed look a bit cheapish. Cool though.
