My Side D is loaded with surface noise for the first half. I gave it some heavy cleaning and it did nothing. Inspected the vinyl and saw some noticeable minor blemishes on the disc that I think are causing this. Lame.

Update. I originally posted about getting warps and seam splits. While those did exist, they were pretty minor. Warps were so minor that with a bit of light bending back and forth, they played fine. The seam splits were beginnings of seam splits,...

RSD people seem to only get a portion of the facts quite often. You'd think for a RSD exclusive that they are helping orchestrate, they'd easily be able to get the details. This happens all the time, every single year.

I don't understand where all the supply is right now, the markets should have way more copies for sale.

at least wait until after stores are allowed to post their extras on Discogs, 24 hours after the event, before buying inflated prices third party

If you are buying this from someone via Discogs and they are a seller from Canada offering super low prices, free shipping, are a "new seller" with no feedback...you're getting scammed.

Sound is pretty good. Some distortion on the last song at the peaks of the drum hits, some mild surface noise during quiet moments, overall I'm mildly satisfied, not blown away by any means. I still think this was way too much money to be spending...

My copy came slightly warped, but made up for that with a superb sound. Great bass and treble clarity, no distorting, very minimal surface noise. This one was done well, and as a project the music is awesome.
