Our small team is presently experiencing a very difficult personal matter facing one of our staff. Combined with a recent increase in order volume, we are facing some delays in processing orders. We humbly ask for your patience, while we adjust accordingly. We anticipate our ability to ship orders promptly, will be affected for the next two weeks. This will further be affected by the national holidays here in Japan (Aug. 13 ~ 17). To help us resume our prompt turnaround time sooner, we've temporarily disabled our "without jewel case" shipping options (doing so, will help us improve efficiency). If this happens, in the interest of ensuring we still meet the delivery estimate, we will upgrade shipping service - where needed, solely at our discretion. Thus, while tracking may show late dispatch, we will do all we can to ensure the most important element is met: delivery within the original estimate, backed by our delivery guarantee.

*Please also note: some carriers we use assign tracking after the package is already well on its way to you. You may occasionally see a discrepancy between the 'label created' date & the date the order was marked as shipped: please be aware that this is precisely how some of the shipping arrangements we offer work: tracking & outbound shipping label is created as much as a week or so, after the package has been dispatched from our warehouse in southern Japan.
