Our small team is presently experiencing a very difficult personal matter facing one of our staff. Combined with a recent increase in order volume, we are facing some delays in processing orders. We humbly ask for your patience, while we adjust accordingly. We anticipate our ability to ship orders promptly, will be affected for the next two weeks. This will further be affected by the national holidays here in Japan (Aug. 13 ~ 17). If prompt dispatch is vital for you, we suggest - if we may - ordering from any one of our competitors: there are many great vendors here, whom we feel honored to share this platform with. 😌 If however, you don't mind waiting a little longer than usual for your order to be processed and tracking to be provided, we will remain grateful for your compassion during this difficult period for us (we may even include a small gift for your patience in your package). We hope to resume the standard of service you've come to expect from us, by the end of August. Until then, please offer us a little extra leeway. To help us resume our prompt turnaround time sooner, we've temporarily disabled our "without jewel case" shipping options (doing so, will help us improve efficiency). If you wish to take advantage of our earlier 'without jewel case' reduced shipping rates - please simply request this after you place an order (before making payment) and we'll make an exception, by reducing your shipping cost and shipping without cases.

✅ 🄿🄻🄴🄰🅂🄴 🄽🄾🅃🄴: if you choose tracked options - tracking is NOT available immediately: we have a unique arrangement with our delivery partners, that enable us to offer you shipping services at lower prices. The trade-off, is that tracking is often NOT available until a week or so, after the package has been dispatched. Please also note, once a tracking code is provided - you may see the status "label created" for up to a week or so: this does not mean the package is not en route: the package is already on its way by this point, however, has yet to be scanned at the inward/outward courier point in Tokyo (we are located in southern Japan). In order to help us provide the most efficient and quick service to all, we kindly ask you not to request tracking as soon as your order is marked as shipped. We will provide delivery/tracking updates (if you opted for tracked services), as soon as they becomes available from our delivery partner (again - in some cases, this may require about a week or so after your ordered is processed and subsequently marked as shipped). We understand our shipping solutions may be a bit unusual, but - this is the small trade-off in order to provide you with the lowest possible shipping costs, direct service, all within very reasonable delivery estimates.

On that note: please heed very close attention to the DELIVERY ESTIMATE shown to you during the checkout process, next to the shipping service selection to avoid unrealistic delivery expectations. This is the easiest way to avoid unnecessary friction between buyers and sellers. 😌 If you select a shipping service at checkout that shows a delivery estimate of 15-20 business days, we respectfully ask to please not demand 'where's my package?!' after just 2 weeks (10 working days). The delivery estimates provided are tailored to the specific services offered to you at checkout and are based on the successful delivery countless orders to your region.
