I'm going to weigh in on this debate. Ordered on Amazon - arrived with a decent corner bend. I admit the record had a lot of debris on it. I gave it a clean and anti-static...it actually sounds really good which was surprising. I haven't heard this record in 30yrs but IMO it sounds pretty damn good here. These issues are always on the table but its worth taking the risk to get that nostalgia back for me.

Saw these guys in London in early 90's and bought the 10" before returning to Australia.. haven't played the album much but rediscovered the sound of late.. sort of a trip down memory lane.

This is a great pressing. The guitar and bass sound is balanced, vocal harmonies shine, I had only listened to this album on digital formats so far, now I feel like I am discovering all of Lush’s airy intricacies.

My copy sounds fine too, playing via AT VM95ml cartridge if that's any help to anyone. Beautiful package overall.

I’m on my 2nd black copy and both have had dimples in the vinyl. In this era, I don’t know what the hell they’re doing. 4AD used to have fantastic pressings but it seems those days are long gone. Where did they even get these pressed, Jamaica in the 70s?

Fun fact about this album - It was produced at September Sound, which was the Cocteau Twins' recording studio where Heaven or Las Vegas, Four-Calendar Café, and Milk & Kisses were all recorded/produced. Robin Guthrie, the guitarist and producer of the Cocteau Twins, also produced this album. If you're catching any similarities to the Cocteau Twins with this album, you're not mistaken! I figure most of you know this, but thought I'd share :-)

Mine sounds great except I have crackling between tracks in a few places in Side A. May try a cleaning and see if that helps but I'm doubtful. The tracks themselves sound fantastic my copy is still very listenable.
