Our small team is presently experiencing a very difficult personal matter facing one of our staff. Combined with a recent increase in order volume, we are facing some delays in processing orders. We humbly ask for your patience, while we adjust accordingly. We anticipate our ability to ship orders promptly, will be affected for the next two weeks. This will further be affected by the national holidays here in Japan (Aug. 13 ~ 17). If prompt dispatch is vital for you, we suggest - if we may - ordering from any one of our competitors: there are many great vendors here, whom we feel honored to share this platform with. 😌 If however, you don't mind waiting a little longer than usual for your order to be processed and tracking to be provided, we will remain grateful for your compassion during this difficult period for us (we may even include a small gift for your patience in your package). We welcome any and all suggestions, and feedback on this new shop. This new account is the result of countless feedback we've received from all of you (most it good - but some of it, well... let's say, constructive).

PLEASE BE SURE TO UNDERSTAND SHIPPING CAREFULLY.

Domestic US service is offered for just $6.99 for CDs and Cassettes (Vinyl, and heavier items start at just $15.99 for the first item, and $3.00 for any additional item).

All services come with tracking, and ship from our US fulfillment center after arriving from our distribution center in Japan (generally about 2 weeks or so after initial shipment from Japan). Alas, please kindly ensure your delivery expectations are in line with those presented at checkout (approx. ~3 weeks or so). Naturally in rare cases delivery may take as long as 4 weeks, if arrival at our U.S. fulfillment center takes a little longer. Please be mindful of our unique shipping arrangement: you will receive a USPS tracking code, after your package is en route from our warehouse in Japan. Initially, you will only see a "Pre-shipment/Label created" update from USPS. This does not mean your package has not yet been sent - it simply means it is on its way to our US fulfillment center, and only once it arrives there (usually a week or two later) and is received by USPS, you will then see tracking updates and movement via the US shipping network. :)

WHEN WILL YOU RECEIVE YOUR TRACKING NUMBER?

About a week or so after your order is marked as shipped, you will receive your designated USPS tracking code. Please note however, the tracking will not work, until a week or two later, once USPS scan the package. We forward your order from Japan to our US fulfillment center, and as soon as it arrives there - the package is shipped domestically via USPS, in line with Discogs fulfillment policies. Please observe the delivery estimate shown at checkout, to ensure your expectations are in-line with the shipping US domestic shipping solution we offer, and the delivery estimates shown. Often times, delivery is quicker than noted, but - we prefer to err on the side of caution. We believe it's better to under-promise and over-deliver.
