Once your package leaves the shop (usually same day) it's out of our hands. Please bear with the delivery time or otherwise pay for expedited shipping if you need to get your item within a certain timeframe.

ORDERS:

Buyer pays applicable sales tax. Please refer to the Discogs tax FAQ to see which percentage may apply to your resident state.

Offers and trades are welcome.

REFUNDS:

No refunds for sealed items which have been opened, or unplayed items which have been played.
No returns for items which do not have an issue.
Photo proof required for all item blemishes. We keep photo proof on our end and will be visually matching to confirm.

Buyer has 7 days after tracking confirms delivered to initiate a refund. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN FOR ORDERS WHICH HAVE BEEN DELIVERED FOR 1 WEEK OR LONGER.

All refunds are finalized once Seller has received and inspected the returned item. No refund will be sent until the returned item has been checked for condition by the Seller. Returned items which are not in the same condition as when they were sold will not be fully refunded.

Buyer is entitled to a FULL refund including shipping in the following situations:

- Buyer paid for an item which came up unavailable.

- The item has not been taken by USPS and the buyer changed their mind on the purchase.

- Seller sent wrong item. This does not apply to Buyer who ordered the wrong item.

- Item has damage which was not noted in the description at the time of sale. Conditions which match notes and photos at the time of sale are not eligible as reasons for refunds.

Seller is not responsible for records which have factory defects during play. Sealed items which were unsealed by the Buyer or unplayed records which were played by the Buyer are NOT eligible for any refund. Contact us as quickly as possible and we will work with you to get replacements for defects.

Seller is not responsible for items lost or damaged by USPS or other carriers during transit. If you prefer a Priority package through USPS or a different carrier altogether, please contact through private message.
