Automatic Cancellation Policy: Orders will be cancelled if payment is not received within 7 days.

- Payment method: PayPal
- Buyer pays shipping
- Ships from Japan via Japan Post (Registered Airmail or EMS) or FedEx, all with tracking service. Not available: UPS & DHL, etc.
- Orders and payments are confirmed within 4 business days of order placement and shipped within 7 business days OF OUR PAYMENT CONFIRMATION, NOT OF YOUR ORDER PLACEMENT.
- FedEx determines their shipping charge after shipment and there might occur surcharges including their special handling fees which we may collect from buyers.
- FedEx requires a PHONE NUMBER.
- FedEx cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
- We don't accept offers to remove jewel cases in order to reduce shipping costs. Our policy is that items must be delivered securely protected in the conditions we've advertised.
- Do not abuse negative feedback just to ask us to cancel orders. Otherwise you'll get the same. Ask us on the order pages.
- Do not abuse a PayPal dispute during the 7-business-day handling time you've given us, just to rush shipping. Please understand that your impatience will not speed up our shipping process nor increase our manpower at all. OTHERWISE WE WILL CANCEL YOUR ORDERS AS YOU HAVE REVERSED YOUR AGREEMENT TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, AND YOU COULD BE BLOCKED FROM PURCHASING OUR ITEMS FOREVER.
- If you'd like to nitpick the negative feedback that we've received in the past and reinforce your confirmation bias, we strongly recommend you to check the positive and neutral feedback as well. Thanks to the endless criticism from our customers, our positive feedback rate has steadily improved over the past few years:

- Please note: Postal services are not perfect and they can make mistakes. If you have a problem with delivery please don't hesitate to contact not only us but also the carrier, and don't blame us for their mistakes. We'll do our best but we also need buyers' kind cooperation in order to fulfill orders.
- If you receive our kind notifications prompting you to contact the carrier about your package being held in "retention", PLEASE ACT ASAP. Otherwise, it may be returned to us. If that happens, you will not receive a refund for the shipping fee or other taxes.
- BUYERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE VALIDITY OF THEIR DELIVERY ADDRESS. WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO CORRECT ANY ERRORS IN THEM EXCEPT FOR THE INFORMATION YOU GIVE US THROUGH DISCOGS. PLEASE PROVIDE US WITH COMPLETE ADDRESSES SUFFICIENT FOR DELIVERY (INCLUDING PHONE NUMBER IF COURIERS NEED IT).
