We are on a short family vacation from July 26th to July 30th. Any orders placed during this time will be shipped out July 31st and August 1st.

We are trying our best to keep shipping rates as fair as possible. Please inquire if you think your calculated shipping rate seems incorrect, we can fix it on the invoice before you pay. Or, if you are overcharged and have already paid, we can issue a refund for overages.

All records are handled carefully and packages assembled meticulously for shipping. We use extra packing material such as cardboard stiffeners and bubble wrap wherever possible to prevent movement inside the package. Lots of shipping tape on the outside of the package for reinforcement and to prevent moisture from getting in. Brand new heavy-duty whiplash mailers on all orders over $30.

Please make sure your first and last name and shipping address are up to date and entered correctly into Discogs. We will send out all packages as quickly as possible. Usually next day. If you order on the weekend we will have it out Monday, unless Monday is a holiday. Please be patient, estimated delivery dates may not be 100% accurate especially during holidays, postal strikes, and pandemics.

If you would like photos of a record or cassette, please provide your email address to us so that we have somewhere to send the photos.

U.S. domestic shipping:
All available shipping options are located in the shipping choices drop down menu in your cart.
Media Mail is $4.39 for 12” format, $4.29 for 7” and cassettes. Combined shipping available, .55¢ for each additional item. Discounted shipping options are available on orders over $75, and free shipping on orders over $100. Free shipping will be shipped via USPS Media Mail and all packages will be carefully packaged in strong whiplash mailers with plenty of protective material.
If you would like to purchase Priority or express shipping you must choose the option from the drop down menu in your cart. If you are overcharged any more than $2.50 for shipping, we will refund you the overages.

Canada:
A little confused about shipping prices after the postal strike. We will refund shipping overages after price is established at the post office. If you are overcharged more than $2.50 of the established shipping price, we will refund the overages. Free shipping on orders over $350.

International shipping:
Postal service fees for shipping out of the US are expensive but if you are overcharged more than $2.50 for shipping we will refund the overages. Meaning that if you’ve paid more than the post office charges us after we’ve packaged your order, we will refund the difference.
International airmail basic shipping out of the US is $19.80 for a package weighing under 1lb, $29.75 for 1-2 lb package, and +$16.50 per lb after that. we use heavy-duty Whiplash mailers and secure contents with stiffeners and bubble-wrap whilst also trying to keep the weight down. If you are overcharged for shipping, you will be refunded the overages.
Discounted shipping options available on orders over $150, free shipping on orders over $399.
We are not trying to make any extra money on shipping. Discogs skims 9% of the shipping fees, and shipping materials generally cost about $2.50 per package. If you have been overcharged more than $2.50 on shipping, any leftover shipping overages will be immediately refunded to you after the exact shipping fee is determined at the post office.
For international insurance and buyer protection, you must have it shipped Priority, which adds an additional cost on top of the standard airmail fees (over $50).

Please don't buy it unless you really want it, because if you decide to return it, it will be your responsibility to pack it up and ship it back to us, and possibly pay part of the return shipping fee.

If you are unable to cart an item that you really want, or you think the shipping cost for your country is incorrect, please contact us with the name of the record you are interested in, and we can pack it up and go to the post office for a shipping quote.

Sealed vinyl records are presumed mint media, but there is really no guarantee. If there is a manufacturer’s defect on a record that you have unsealed, I am so sorry but there is not much we can do about it because we are not affiliated with the original manufacturers and we would not be able to replace the record. Minimal popping or even minor warping that does not affect playback may not be grounds for a refund on a rare record that you have unsealed.
