What an embarrassment of a pressing... Go with the US pressing done at RTI, this is a disaster.
This pressing sounds great! Rocking loud and clear. No surface noise on my copy.
Edited 2 years agoMy copy is outstanding. Compared this today to the original I bought back in high school (45 years ago!) and MAN IS IT GOOD! Almost no surface noise and the sound is so well balanced. I absolutely love it.
If you dont get non-fill in Over The Mountain your good. I bought 3 copies. All had same non fill least to worst. Loud farting noises and zips. The medium offender is a pretty quiet copy. The least noticeable of course has crunchy cues and rotational clicks on tracks. MPO is all over the place.- Non fill is bad. Try the RTI. Over The Mountain was littered with it.
