I really feel like this pressing is the most fitting with the theme and the jacket. It’s also a beautiful marble color in real life. Nice and heavy wax. This is a different sounding Tyler but I still appreciate the album for what it is!

Sounds great! The triple‑gatefold packaging and the oriole vinyl look beautiful.

Sounds pretty good overall, a few pops, but I haven't cleaned it yet. Side C is mislabeled as side D on my copy, anyone else get one with this issue?

My copy is flat and quiet with no skips or distortion. It sounds pretty great. Maybe a bit loud and under-dynamic at times but that's just the production of the album and not specific to the vinyl pressing.

It has a tri-fold mural inside is gorgeous and well printed, and the packaging is all around pleasing. And I don't usually care for this sort of thing (I almost always just buy black vinyl) but the oriole disc colouring is really pretty.

However I do have two gripes:

            1) There's no lyrics booklet included. One of my favourite things to do is listen along to a record while reading the lyrics so I'm disappointed that this album doesn't encourage that. It must be intentional because there's a lot of thought put into the physical packaging otherwise, but this move always bothers me.

            2) This really should be a three sided record. Some people won't take a star off for this one but I will. A three side record is such a joy and should absolutely become the norm for albums like this, where the track order and length would actually line up great to make three sides all between 15 and 19 minutes in length.

Otherwise it's a great album and I'm very happy to add it to the collection. But for the love of god, start pressing more records on three sides. I truly believe that one day we can make three sided records the norm, one whiny Discogs review at a time.
