Ужасное качество звучания!!! Выросло новое поколение, которое не слушала оригинал. Поэтому так много восторженных отзывов... / Terrible sound quality!!! A new generation has grown up who did not listen to the original. That's why there are so many rave reviews...
This pressing is fantastic. The instrument separation is excellent and the bass is brought out to a balanced level. Its a bit of a new listening experience since a lot of these early metal albums had the bass very low.
I’ve listened to my nice us pressing over a hundred times prolly and after listening to this remaster pressing it’s very difficult to return to my OG because this just sounds SO much better.
Very happy with this release and would recommend buying. Some of the negative reviews have more to do with the quality of the recording than it does the pressing or mastering. Dynamics are present, bass is tight, drums sit nicely, Ozzy’s voice has presence and Randy’s guitar have that Gibson/Marshall midrange honk. I’ve never heard an original press of Blizzard but have a few audiophile vinyl and high quality records. This pressing is an enjoyable listen. I own an OG copy of Diary of a Madman and I love that. I’ll keep searching for an OG copy of Blizzard but I’m very happy with this 2011 180 gram release. 4.5/5 stars.
This RM is sh@t compared to my 40 YO copies - sounds like they used a cassette tape as the source, it’s flat/muddy throughout. I just compared to my Pitman and Terre Haute pressing and they blow this RM out of the water. I’d find a VG+/VG++ copy instead of buying this if you don’t already have it.
Now, DOM RM is outstanding when compared to my original. That one is worth putting down the cash for.
