Real Name:	Anthony Frank Iommi
Profile:	English rock and metal guitarist, songwriter and producer. Born: February 19, 1948, in Birmingham, England. Best known as lead guitarist for Black Sabbath. The husband of Maria Sjöholm and the father of Toni Marie Iommi. In his teens Iommi worked in a sheet metal plant, where he lost the tips of his middle and ring fingers in an accident. Subsequently he developed a unique playing style, including tuning his guitar in D. Iommi's innovations are considered a foundation of heavy metal guitar playing.
