- Woefully quiet pressing. Have to crank the gain and adjust EQ to get it even remotely near to normal volume. Also, why on earth does FC Kahuna stop so abruptly? The version on the mix has a wicked jungle bass break after the main riff stops. On the LP it stops immediately after the riff making it virtually impossible to mix. DJ Kicks? Kick in the nuts more like. I mainly bought this for that track as it's unreleased elsewhere. Disappointing

i find it hard to beat this as the best background music choice for the next hour

This pressing is phenomenal in all ranges and there's virtually no noise floor or surface noise. The selections they chose for the vinyl are all excellent too. Defnitely the best DJ Kicks volume I've heard so far. Highest possible recommendation from me.
Are these tracks on the record mixed (i.e. no gaps between tracks?)
Edited 4 years agoI own yellow transparent vinyl version of this. It's not on Discogs that's pretty strange
